We do not recommend any of our attractions for children under the age of 12. However, only you can judge what is acceptable for your children. Please keep in mind that all sales are final and if your child becomes too scared we will not be able to issue you a refund.

No refunds or returns, all sales are final.
 

Cancellation Policy:

In the event Bat City Scaregrounds is unable to open for the day you purchased your ticket, you can attend on any other open night and your ticket will be honored.
